Calvin Bui is a Vietnamese American chef, cookbook author, food storyteller, and the founder of FKN DELICIOUSNESS. He has spent more than 17 years living, cooking, filming, and building restaurants in Vietnam.
His work has taken him through street food stalls, restaurant kitchens, markets, television sets, and food stories across Vietnam and beyond. He has co-hosted with Sonny Side on Best Ever Food Review Show, worked with Mark Wiens of Migrationology, collaborated with Andy Cooks, and appeared across major food and travel media projects.
Calvin has also worked with Vietnamese national television, including VTV4, where he hosted a food program, Fine Cuisine.
